Shelter Hall have teamed up with Santa Monica Travel & Tourism to bring their flavours to Brighton. The international dining destination, reputed birthplace of ‘California’ and ‘fusion’, is marked by a blending of culinary styles and the freshest of organic ingredients.

This unique collaboration will take contribution from Santa Monican chefs Josiah Citrin, Govind Armstrong and Shelter Hall’s Executive Development Chef, Mark Rush.

Opening Times: 9am – 10pm weekdays, 9am – 11pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
Prices: Free entry to venue, differing prices for menu items

The Set is an award-winning restaurant in Brighton showcasing the best of local produce. They work with British micro-seasonal ingredients, heritage slow grown vegetables, sustainable seafood and native rare breed meats and fine food specialists. 

The Set have teamed up with Santa Monica Travel & Tourism to bring its flavours to Brighton this July. This unique collaboration will take contribution from Chef Josiah Citrin and Chef Govind Armstrong. Josiah Citrin has more than 25 years’ experience and two Michelin stars to his name. A veteran of the Californian gourmet scene, Josiah is a chef constantly in pursuit of excellence. Govind Armstrong is known for his refined, inventive cuisine. Born in California and raised on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast, Govind has restaurants all over the east and west coast of America. Working closely with Dan Kenny, these two are excited to bring you a taste of Santa Monica right here in Brighton.
